We are primarily a trade supplier for qualified gas appliance repair specialists within Australia and New Zealand.
All gas appliance repairs should be carried out by a licenced gasfitter with the specialist class of Type A (or B) servicing, in accordance with AS4575 (Servicing Type A Appliances).
All of our electronic parts are tested and certified. Please note, we are not a swap out service to self-diagnose appliance problems and as such have a strict returns policy.
Our quality control is paramount to maintaining a safe and viable repair solution for all.
If you are unsure of which parts you need, or if a specific part is compatible with your existing appliance, please email us at sales@gasstop.com.au with photos, appliance information and a description of the fault and we will come back to you. Please do this prior to placing an order.
All enquiries must be via email and orders placed via the website.
Attendance at the factory is by appointment only.
